The current legislation regarding online gaming in the United States and the rules governing online poker and casinos is being reviewed and actioned.

Due to the governing laws in certain U.S states, Dream Poker will no longer be accepting customers and any bets from the following states:

  • Nevada
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Wisconsin
  • Louisiana
  • Missouri
  • Washington
When there is more clarification in the curent legislation, Dream Poker hopes to be able to resume taking bets and poker traffic from players based within these states.
