Empire Poker agreed with PartyGaming Plc to terminate the "skin" agreement

We announced today that we have agreed with PartyGaming Plc to terminate all of our "skin" agreements with them and transfer to them our interests in the related websites (which include empirepoker.com, aceclub.com and starluckcasino.com).

Although this agreement is conditional upon the approval of our shareholders (which is expected to be on 6 March 2006) we have structured the transaction so that these skin agreements will in effect cease to apply from today's date.

From now on, therefore, we will be concentrating our efforts on our www.NoblePoker.com and www.ClubDicecasino.com brands.
