ePassporte

Epassporte is an anonymous pre-paid and re-loadable virtual Visa. You can use it to make purchases online anywhere Visa is accepted. You can fund your Epassporte account using a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Every time you load your ePassporte account, ePassporte will charge you a fee. This is 5% per $100 of the amount to be loaded with a minimum cost of $5 applicable. There are no other transaction fees associated with transferring money to an online merchant.

There is an optional Epassporte "Visa Electron Card" in addition to your Epassporte "Virtual Visa", for $35. Purchasing the extra card is not mandatory, but it will allow you to withdraw cash from your account at ATM machines worldwide.
