EuroPoker Review

Europoker is a part of one of the biggest European poker networks. It shares its player base with and Holdem Poker rooms among others. As the room name suggests, Europoker is primarily focused on European market and has support for multiple languages like French, German and Russian among others.

The dark color scheme differs from the standard lively look of other poker rooms. It takes some time to get accustomed, but it helps you to better concentrate on the game. A useful feature is that you can customize the software by switching many options on and off: there are a plenty of checkboxes that control the appearance and functionality of the lobby, table, gameplay, chat. Additionally, you can assign color tags to your opponents to better distinguish them. It helps to remember each player and their game style.

The statistics module will help you analyze your game play. Tournament statistics are separated. You can start and stop the gathering of your hands played and export the statistics to a file.

The 3D interface does not comply with the dark spartan color scheme but it’s just a matter of time before you get used to it.

You can play without using the mouse, just use your keyboard. It helps a lot when playing for many hours especially in front of a notebook.

There are two versions of the software: a downloadable client for Win poker players, and a no download Java version for Linux and Mac users. Furthermore, you can play poker using your mobile phone; this option will be truly appreciated by poker maniacs.

There is a high number of fish at low levels, but be careful at stakes above $4 because you’ll meet plenty of sharks around. The flop percentage at $0.10/$0.25 NL level is still over 40% on most tables. Sometimes you can find a $5/$10 no-limit Holdem table with the same 40% flop percentage, but it rarely happens.

Nearly 80% of the traffic is concentrated in the Texas Hold’em games, but EuroPoker is part of a large network and sometimes fills up 17,000 players at peak hours. 4,500-5,000 from them are real money ring games players.

We advise you to check the FAQ before asking for support. You can only contact EuroPoker by e-mail and the response time is acceptable: we received a reply in 24 minutes with a detailed and personally written answer. Unfortunately there is no live chat or telephone support.
