Mansion Poker

Mansion Poker is a new poker room that took about two years of developing. It is promoted by Mansion.com, a large sportsbook. Due to proprietary software, mansion poker is not a part of any poker network and has few players at the moment, but their huge 1st, 2nd, and 3rd deposit bonuses should bring a lot of new players.[]

Mansion Poker Review

A new, but very prominent poker room that had accented on promotions rather than bonuses to attract new players. You have the chance to win competition for $1 million in the own Poker Dome in Vegas.

Mansion Poker is powered by proprietary software and it can take some time to get accustomed, but it is worth the time. The look and feel is great. It features a clean design that doesn't annoy your eyes like in some heavy packed interfaces. The smoothness of the interface is complemented by unique functionality that helps you save precious time: filtering facility allows you to display the list of games by stakes, game type (Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Stud, 7 Stud Hi/Lo), table size (full table, short handed, heads-up), buy-in fees, tournament sizes (single table, multi table) and limit types (Fixed limit, Pot limit, No limit). Filters accept multiple selections. It means that you can, for example, display the list of Fixed Limit Hold'em or Omaha games. We’d like to mention the well-thought tournament lobby that displays all tournament information available on screen without having to open the individual tournament lobby. It is obvious that the developers paid special attention to usability. For example there is a spotlight on every player's turn and the cards are very easy to read. They spent almost two years on developing the poker software: a sufficient amount of time to test and polish their piece of work.

Besides filtering facility, the software comes with such an unique feature as Seat Choice, which enables the player to choose his favourite seat at the table, thus allowing comfortable game experience when playing at multiple tables (especially on monitors with small resolution). Another feature is Speed Poker that rocks the poker world as the synergistic marriage between the hyper action of online play and the adrenaline-pumping atmosphere of a live tournament. Speed Poker is a variation of poker where hands are constantly dealt, and players have only seconds to make a decision. Mansion has an advanced currency exchange system which enables its users to view and exchange their money to whatever currency they please.

Despite great software, the major weakness of Mansion Poker is low traffic. Most action can be seen at $0.01/$0.02 up to $2/$4 tables that will suit only low and medium stake players. Mansion Poker is still in a phase of new-born growth and we hope that heavy marketing like televised commercials, paper ads, tremendous promotions like Poker Dome will bring new players very quickly.
